1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Obtain your department’s NERIS ID from your NERIS account. 
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contact your State Fire Marshal’s Office if you have not received the information to setup your department’s NERIS account. 
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; FirePrograms does not have access to manage your department’s NERIS sign-in credentials and cannot reset your NERIS password.

Overview of steps to integrate NERIS with your FirePrograms Software. 

 

1.      Obtain your department’s NERIS ID from your NERIS account.

-        Contact your State Fire Marshal’s Office if you have not received the information to setup your department’s NERIS account.
