FirePrograms NERIS Initialization
Overview of steps to integrate NERIS with your FirePrograms Software.
1. Obtain your department’s NERIS ID from your NERIS account.
- Contact your State Fire Marshal’s Office if you have not received the information to setup your department’s NERIS account.
- FirePrograms does not have access to manage your department’s NERIS sign-in credentials and cannot reset your NERIS password.
- You must obtain your NERIS ID to proceed further.
2. Enter the FirePrograms NERIS Client ID into your NERIS account.
3. Choose NERIS Initialization Date and configure Incident Settings.
4. Review and update related Incident data elements.
5. Customize Incident browser.
6. Preview NERIS Incident validation requirements and customize Incident form.
7. Accessing legacy NFIRS data.
