SceneConnect Status Requests

SceneConnect - SUBMITTING STAFFING STATUS REQUESTS

 

Follow the below instructions to submit Status Requests, such as for Vacation, PTO or Sick time.

 

1.       Visit https://sc.fireprogramsweb.com/webapplication/login

2.       Login using your existing Username, Password and Customer Number.

3.       Go to Staffing > Overview.

4.       Use the calendar month in the upper left-hand corner to navigate to the desired date range.

5.       Right click on the desired date and select Request.

6.       On the Request Status screen, choose the desired Status Type.

7.       Full shift Work Times are selected by default or uncheck this box to submit a partial shift Status Request, adjusting the dates and times as desired.

8.       Add a Reason if applicable.

9.       Click Request to submit.

10.   The Request is auto saved but can be deleted while it is pending. Once the Shift Commander has approved the Request, a Shift Commander or System Administrator must delete it.
